Nice use of photoshop! I'm guessing u used tiny lines drawn wiv a shoft brush and then blurred them over and over. This must of taken a long time. Its very good nice job :D

...I never blur.

creation time - 40 min
render time - 28 mins
photoshop time - 3 mins

a little over an hour total...
